Terms and Conditions for Stay at Artevida Andalusia
 

We warmly welcome you to Artevida Andalusia, a tranquil naturist location where we strive for a relaxing and carefree stay. To ensure everything runs smoothly and for everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask you to agree to the following conditions when making a reservation.
 

  1. Booking and Payment Policy

    • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of your reservation.

    • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than four weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings (within four weeks of arrival), we request that the full amount be paid immediately.

    • No Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  2. Changes and Cancellations

    • Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, the reservation may be postponed to another date up to two months prior to the arrival date, subject to availability. Postponement or changes within these two months are not possible.

  3. Arrival and Departure

    • Check-in: Your accommodation will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

    • Check-out: The room must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

    • Arrival and Departure Restrictions: To maintain the tranquility of all our guests, we do not accept late arrivals or early departures.

  4. Guest Policy

    • Naturist Environment: Artevida Andalusia is a naturist location. We welcome guests who are open to this lifestyle. Guests who are not comfortable with naturism are kindly advised to consider another destination.

    • No Solo Male Guests: To ensure a serene and safe environment, we do not accept solo male guests, even if their partner is unable to attend for any reason.

  5. Safety and Liability

    • At Your Own Risk: Guests stay at Artevida Andalusia at their own risk. Artevida Andalusia is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to property during the stay.

    • Compliance with Safety Rules: Guests are required to adhere to safety instructions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in denial of access to the accommodation, without refund.

  6. Peace and Respect

    • Respect for Others: Artevida Andalusia values a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We ask all guests to respect the serene environment and avoid disturbances.

    • Quiet Environment: Our guidelines regarding arrival and departure times are designed to ensure the peace and privacy of other guests. Please respect these guidelines.

  7. Force Majeure

    • In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen events), we reserve the right to cancel or adjust reservations. We will try to find an appropriate solution, but amounts already paid will not be refunded.

  8. Applicable Law and Disputes

    • These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of disputes, these will be submitted to the competent court in Spain.
